Before you start
- Access to your Fructus organisation and a property already recorded in it. Have the correct unit available if the repair concerns one flat, room or other individual unit.
- The issue’s location and description, its reported date, and any contractor, target date or cost information you already know.
- Use the screenshots as examples, not live job information. Priorities, dates and costs should reflect your own records.
Track overdue maintenance and deadlines
Record a target date on the job
Set or revise Target completion in the reporting or editing form. Keep it aligned with your current repair plan; the target is a recorded date, not proof that a contractor has accepted the work.
Review Needs attention
Return to Maintenance and read the jobs marked Target completion overdue. Select Open job to review a highlighted issue and decide what action or record update is needed.
Open Events & Reminders
Select Events & Reminders in the navigation. Choose Overdue, Upcoming, This month or All dates, and select Maintenance under Event type to focus on maintenance dates. Use the diary search and property, unit, portfolio or region filters as needed.

Read the job title, property and date, then use Open in Maintenance on the diary entry to continue in Maintenance. Review the relevant job there. Diary entries and overdue indicators are not confirmation that an email, push notification or contractor message has been delivered.
Frequently asked questions
Will recording a deadline automatically notify a contractor?
A target completion date appears on the record and maintenance dates are visible in Events & Reminders. Neither is proof of a contractor notification or delivery. Review the date and arrange any necessary contact through your normal process.
