How to Manage Property Maintenance on Mobile

Use Fructus property maintenance in a mobile browser to find repairs, report issues, update jobs and review recorded information and supporting documents.

Last updated:

Before you start

  • Access to your Fructus organisation through a mobile browser and a recorded property.
  • Use the screenshots as examples, not live job information. Priorities, dates and costs should reflect your own records.

Manage maintenance on mobile

Use the responsive Fructus application in your phone’s browser. It is not a separate native iOS or Android application.

  1. Open Maintenance and find the job

Navigate to Maintenance in your mobile browser. Review the job summaries and Needs attention, or use search and the filters to find the relevant property and issue.

Open the job and scroll through its recorded status, priority, dates, contractor, description, notes and Maintenance documents. The same record actions are shown in the mobile detail.

  3. Report an issue or update the record

Use Report maintenance from the overview for a new issue, or Edit job from an existing job. Check the property, unit, issue details, dates and costs before saving; the related reporting and job-management guides explain the forms. Scroll through the form to its save action rather than assuming fields further down the page are absent.

  4. Check supporting files where present

Use the job’s Maintenance documents panel to review linked files and its document actions. The mobile example has no documents linked yet; a visible Add document button is not a completed attachment.
