Demo data: Northstar Property Partners and Meridian Retail Group Ltd are fictional organisations used for demonstration and marketing purposes. Properties, people and figures shown are illustrative and do not represent real client data.
Every organisation you belong to, in one selector.
If your login is a member of more than one organisation, the selector at the top of the desktop workspace lists them, together with your role in each. Choose one, and Fructus switches to that organisation’s records without asking you to sign out.
Refresh the page and the organisation you chose stays selected for the rest of your session.
- Organisations you are a member of, listed by name
- Your membership role shown for each
- Switch on desktop without signing out
- Selection kept when you refresh the page
The selected organisation is held for your current session. We do not promise it is remembered at your next sign-in or on another device. Organisation switching on mobile is not shown on this page.
Different organisations, different property records.
Each organisation keeps its own property directory. Switch from one to the other and you see a different set of properties and portfolios, not a merged estate.
The two directories below come from the same screen, captured before and after switching organisations.
Northstar Property Partners
- Properties
- 36
- Portfolios
- 5
36 properties across five portfolios. The screenshot shows the first rows of the directory.

Meridian Retail Group Ltd
- Properties
- 18
- Portfolios
- 1
18 properties in one Operating Estate portfolio, shown after switching from Northstar in the same session.

Keep each workspace in context.
The organisation you select determines which properties, portfolios, tenancies, leases, documents and operational records are displayed. You work in that organisation’s selected workspace rather than a combined estate.
That applies across Fructus, from portfolio management and property ownership to document management, income management, performance reporting and the property lifecycle. See every capability on the features overview.
These are organisation-specific workspaces, not a consolidated group dashboard. Reports, rent records and valuations cover the selected organisation only.
- Properties
- Portfolios
- Tenancies
- Leases

- Operational records
Each organisation has its own identity.
Every organisation records its own name, country, currency and logo in its settings. Switch organisations and the settings you see belong to the one now selected.
The screenshot shows Meridian’s stored settings as viewed. It does not demonstrate an edit being saved.
Access is granted organisation by organisation.
People join an organisation through a membership, and each membership carries a role. Because the role belongs to the membership, the same person can hold different roles in different organisations.
Owners control the organisation’s team: inviting people, changing roles and removing members.
- Owner
- Administrator
- Manager
- Member
- Read Only
These are broad roles, not custom permission sets, and an Administrator does not have every Owner control. The invitation form shown was not submitted, and invitation delivery is not demonstrated here. Both demo memberships are Owner.
Portfolios organise properties inside an organisation.
An organisation can hold its own portfolios, properties and operating estate records. Portfolios help you group property within one organisation, for example by type or by estate. Read more in portfolio management.
A portfolio is not a separate legal organisation. Fructus does not model parent and subsidiary company structures.

Plan and usage belong to the selected organisation.
Plan and property usage information is shown for the organisation you have selected. Each organisation has its own plan; one organisation’s subscription does not cover another.
The screenshot shows a complimentary demonstration entitlement with £0 payable. It is not proof of a paid subscription, current pricing or shared billing.
Separate organisations, not group consolidation.
Multi-organisation access lets you work in each organisation in turn. It does not combine them.
- No combined dashboard, directory or report across organisations
- No consolidated valuations, rent rolls or group financial reporting
- No corporate group or subsidiary hierarchy, or intercompany transfers
- No shared subscription or consolidated invoice
- No automatic access to client organisations: membership is granted in each
- Creating another organisation depends on Owner access and entitlement
Multi-organisation access, answered.
Yes, where your account has been given membership in each organisation. The organisation selector lists every organisation you belong to and your role in each. Our demonstration account has membership in two fictional organisations.
No. On desktop, you choose another organisation from the selector and the workspace changes to that organisation’s records in the same session. If you refresh the page, the organisation you selected stays selected. We do not promise that your last selection is remembered the next time you sign in or on another device.
No. Fructus does not combine organisations into a single dashboard, property directory, valuation, rent roll or report. You work in one selected organisation at a time and switch when you need another.
An Owner of an organisation with a qualifying plan or approved entitlement can use the additional-organisation workflow. The read-only audit did not create a new organisation. Each new organisation needs its own plan access; it does not automatically inherit another organisation’s subscription. Availability depends on your access and entitlement rather than being unlimited on every plan.
Yes, by design. A role belongs to each organisation membership, so you could be an Owner in one organisation and hold a different role, such as Manager or Read Only, in another. In our demonstration both memberships are Owner, so the screenshots do not show different roles side by side.
No. Plans and billing belong to each organisation, not to your login, and there is no shared group subscription or consolidated invoice. The plan screenshot on this page shows a complimentary demonstration entitlement with nothing payable, not a paid subscription.
Records each organisation keeps.
