How does the 14-day free trial work?
14-day free trial. Pay nothing today. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your selected subscription will begin automatically. Payment details are collected when you start the trial.
When will I first be charged?
For a monthly plan, the selected monthly subscription begins automatically after the 14-day trial unless cancelled before the trial ends. For an annual plan, the full annual base subscription is charged after the trial unless cancelled before it ends. Professional additional-property charges are then billed monthly.
Can I cancel during the free trial?
Yes. Cancel before the 14-day trial ends and the paid subscription will not begin.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period and your subscription will not renew. For annual plans, cancelling stops the next annual renewal. You will continue to have access until the end of the annual period you have already paid for.
Are annual payments refundable?
Annual subscription payments are non-refundable once the paid billing period has started, except where required by law.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Pay annually and get 2 months free on your base plan. Annual pricing is £190/year for Core, £390/year for Portfolio and £790/year for Professional including 30 properties. Additional Professional properties are £4 per property per month and billed monthly. Additional-property charges are not included in the annual discount and are capped at £120/month.
Can I manage more than one organisation?
Yes. One Fructus account can access multiple organisations, so you can move between the businesses, portfolios or client organisations you manage without maintaining separate logins. Each organisation remains separate and has its own Fructus subscription.
What happens when I add more properties?
Core supports up to 5 properties and Portfolio supports up to 15. Monthly Professional includes 30, then adds £4 per additional property per month. Your total monthly Professional subscription price is capped at £199 for up to 100 properties. For annual Professional plans, additional-property charges are billed monthly and capped at £120/month.
When do I move onto Enterprise pricing?
Enterprise is for portfolios of 100+ properties. Pricing is bespoke for the scale and operational requirements of the organisation.
