Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small values stored by your browser and sent with matching requests. Local storage stays in your browser and is read by website code; it is not automatically sent like a cookie. Pixels and software development kits (SDKs) can send information about a visit without necessarily using cookies. Server-side resource-access and download records are separate from browser storage.

This policy describes fructus.tech. The OpenAI consent handoff below also reaches app.fructus.tech, but this is not a complete inventory of the separate customer application. Fructus Technologies Ltd operates this website. Our Privacy Notice explains personal-information processing, rights and contact details.

Your choices

Essential technologies deliver and secure the site, remember privacy preferences and provide resource access you request. Optional analytics, advertising measurement and embedded videos are off for new visitors until you allow the relevant category. Rejecting them does not prevent browsing, resource access or starting a trial.

Choose Accept all optional, Reject optional, or Choose preferences in the banner. You can select categories independently, change them later, or withdraw consent using the button below or the footer's Cookie preferences control. Email marketing has a separate opt-in and is not enabled by accepting cookies.

Choices are valid for up to 180 days on this browser. Local storage is specific to the website origin, so analytics and video choices are not automatically shared with the customer application. Only the OpenAI advertising choice uses the shared cookie described below. If your browser blocks storage, your selection can apply in the current tab but may not survive a reload. We do not treat continued browsing or a Do Not Track setting as consent.

Technology inventory

The first five rows below identify storage verified in the website code. Hosting-edge and OpenAI storage are also identified from observed responses or a consented browser check. Other provider-generated identifiers and retention are explicitly marked where further verification is needed; no expiry has been inferred from a provider's usual defaults.

Analytics and advertising attribution

Google Analytics 4 (G-ZZ2CYZNK0B) helps us understand visits, pages, campaigns and device information when analytics is allowed. The Google tag is downloaded from googletagmanager.com; no separate Tag Manager container or Google Ads conversion tag is configured in this marketing project. Google advertising storage, advertising user data and personalisation signals remain denied, even when you allow OpenAI advertising measurement.

The OpenAI pixel measures website traffic from ChatGPT ads only when advertising measurement is allowed. Google and OpenAI can receive technical visit information such as IP address, browser details, page information and online identifiers. We do not intentionally send your resource email address or Customer-controlled tenancy records to these services. Third-party behaviour and provider-side retention depend on their configuration and terms.

When you request resource access, the backend records available campaign and referrer context alongside the request. This is a server-side record, not an advertising cookie or automatic consent to marketing. The registration and first-payment conversion behaviour of the separate customer application has not been verified in this marketing-site inventory.

Videos and external links

The walkthrough preview is self-hosted. A YouTube player is created only after you allow embedded videos and choose to play the walkthrough. YouTube then receives information needed to load and operate its player and may use its own storage. You can instead follow Watch on YouTube; you then leave Fructus and YouTube's own terms and privacy choices apply. Social-profile links likewise open external services only when followed; this site does not embed their feeds.

Withdrawing consent and removing storage

Turning a category off blocks subsequent Fructus calls for that purpose. Withdrawing analytics sets Google's disable flag and attempts to remove accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies; withdrawing advertising sends OpenAI's consent-revocation command, changes its shared choice cookie to denied and attempts to remove the accessible __obref advertising cookie. Provider consent records are not deleted by guessing their values. If a previously allowed analytics or advertising category is turned off and the choice can be saved, the page reloads to remove the loaded SDK. Turning off embedded videos closes and removes the player.

A change cannot recall information already sent or a request already in flight. Fructus cannot remove third-party-domain cookies or inaccessible provider storage. You can remove site data in your browser as well; doing so can also remove preferences and resource access. The essential preference record is retained so your rejection is remembered. Provider-side deletion requests and other privacy rights are explained in our Privacy Notice.

Contact and updates

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email info@fructus.tech. We will update this policy when verified technologies or their purposes change. Read the Privacy Notice for controller details, retention, international transfers and your right to complain to the ICO.

Optional categories are your choice. Rejecting them does not prevent browsing, free-resource access or starting a trial.

Essential — always on. Website delivery, security, your preference record and resource access you request.
