How to Attach Maintenance Documents and Evidence

Find maintenance documents in Fructus, start adding job evidence and review linked photographs, quotations, invoices and repair completion files.

Last updated:

Before you start

  • Access to your Fructus organisation and a property already recorded in it. Have the correct unit available if the repair concerns one flat, room or other individual unit.
  • The issue’s location and description, its reported date, and any contractor, target date or cost information you already know.
  • Use the screenshots as examples, not live job information. Priorities, dates and costs should reflect your own records.

Attach maintenance documents and evidence

Keep photographs, quotations, contractor invoices, repair reports and completion evidence associated with the job they concern, using the document actions available on the record.

  1. Find Maintenance documents in the job detail

Open the job and locate Maintenance documents beneath its description, notes and History. The panel is labelled Photos, invoices, and files linked to this job.

  2. Use the document actions provided on the record

The panel provides Add document and, when empty, Add the first document. These are the starting actions for adding supporting evidence. Follow the document form’s own labels and validation when it opens; this guide does not prescribe an unshown upload or linking sequence.

  3. Review the documents linked to the job

Use Search documents and the Current, Historic, Archived and All filters in the panel to review linked files. Check that the document belongs to the intended job. A job record by itself is not evidence that an invoice, photograph or report has been attached.
