How to Review Maintenance History

Review property maintenance history in Fructus: find completed and archived repairs, filter dates and inspect property-level records and supporting documents.

Last updated:

Before you start

  • Access to your Fructus organisation and a property already recorded in it. Have the correct unit available if the repair concerns one flat, room or other individual unit.
  • The issue’s location and description, its reported date, and any contractor, target date or cost information you already know.
  • Use the screenshots as examples, not live job information. Priorities, dates and costs should reflect your own records.

Review completed and archived maintenance

  1. Expand Completed / Archive

Open this section in Maintenance to review jobs labelled Completed or Closed. The example counts these separately, so do not treat the two labels as interchangeable.

  2. Apply the archive date filters

Use From and To to narrow the archive. The dates are inclusive and use the completion date where one was recorded, otherwise the reported date. These filters apply to this archive only, not the open-job list.

  3. Review a retained record and its documents

Select the relevant record to review its job information. The archive states that original records, history, costs and documents are kept. Check the details and Maintenance documents where available; an empty History panel is not evidence of a complete audit trail.

Access maintenance from a property

  1. Open Properties and select the property

Choose Properties in the main navigation and open the building whose repairs you want to review. Confirm its name before continuing.

  2. Find the Maintenance panel

Review the open-job count and the maintenance records shown on the property. The example includes the job title, status, Whole property scope and reported date.

  3. Select Report issue

Use Report issue in the property’s Maintenance panel to start a maintenance record. Check the property and, where applicable, unit in the reporting form before entering the issue and selecting Create job.

Frequently asked questions

Why can I not see a completed job in the archive?

Check the inclusive From and To filters and widen or clear the date range. The archive uses the completion date where recorded, otherwise the reported date. Confirm the property and job details before assuming a record is missing.
