Frequently asked questions
Do compliance dates appear automatically in the diary?
Dates recorded on compliance records are drawn into the diary and marked as coming from the register.
Can I sync these dates to my own calendar?
This guide covers dates shown in Fructus, not synchronisation with external calendars. Automatic email reminders do not imply that dates are synced to your own calendar.
Will I receive an email when a date is due?
Fructus supports automatic email reminders for supported compliance requirements once enabled. Go to Settings → Compliance reminders, enable Send automatic reminders and select Save reminders. Email delivery is not guaranteed, so continue to review the dates and records in Compliance and Events & Reminders.
Does Fructus confirm that my property is legally compliant?
No. Fructus helps you organise compliance records, monitor deadlines and manage supporting evidence. Compliance information reflects the records and dates entered into your workspace and does not constitute an independent legal assessment or certification. Requirements vary depending on the property and circumstances, so seek professional advice where appropriate.
