Read a record’s history

  1. Look at History in the record panel

History lists activity retained for that record. Many records show "No activity recorded yet".

  2. Check tenancy corrections where shown

Some tenancy requirements show dated correction entries with earlier and corrected facts. Not every requirement or certificate will have entries like these.

Frequently asked questions

Is the history a full audit log of every change?

No. History shows what is retained for that record, and many records show no activity. Treat attached documents as your primary evidence.

What happens to a file when I archive it?

This guide does not confirm the outcome of archiving. Check the Current, Archived and All filters afterwards, and keep your own copy of important files.

Who can see these files?

Compliance documents are not published on the public website. You can open the files available to your current account, and sensitive evidence is kept separate from ordinary documents.

Does Fructus confirm that my property is legally compliant?

No. Fructus helps you organise compliance records, monitor deadlines and manage supporting evidence. Compliance information reflects the records and dates entered into your workspace and does not constitute an independent legal assessment or certification. Requirements vary depending on the property and circumstances, so seek professional advice where appropriate.
