Frequently asked questions
Why does the property card count differ from what I see in the register?
The card summarises the property’s records. The register may also show tenancy obligations and delivery rows, and any active filters will change what is listed.
How do I record a certificate for one flat in a block?
Choose the flat in the Unit field when adding the record. Leave Unit as Whole property for building-wide certificates.
Can I see compliance across a whole portfolio?
Use the register without a property filter, or with status filters, to review every property at once.
Does Fructus confirm that my property is legally compliant?
No. Fructus helps you organise compliance records, monitor deadlines and manage supporting evidence. Compliance information reflects the records and dates entered into your workspace and does not constitute an independent legal assessment or certification. Requirements vary depending on the property and circumstances, so seek professional advice where appropriate.
