Frequently asked questions
Does recording an inspection renew a certificate?
No. Inspections and certificates are recorded separately. Update the certificate record itself when a new certificate is issued.
Can I attach inspection photos?
Keep photos and reports in the Documents library, linked to the property, so they sit with the rest of the property record.
Where do I track repairs that come out of an inspection?
Use Maintenance, so each repair has its own record and progress.
Does Fructus confirm that my property is legally compliant?
No. Fructus helps you organise compliance records, monitor deadlines and manage supporting evidence. Compliance information reflects the records and dates entered into your workspace and does not constitute an independent legal assessment or certification. Requirements vary depending on the property and circumstances, so seek professional advice where appropriate.
